The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Manager based in our Wellington office to work with and help a variety of organisations, from large government agencies that make a difference to the lives of all New Zealanders, iconic Kiwi institutions who grow our economy, to small innovative start-ups who put us on the global map. You will be helping them achieve their goals while doing so in a safe and secure way. You will also have responsibilities to deliver outcomes and to grow and manage people. However, no two days will be the same and there will both be exciting new opportunities and challenges to solve.

Your typical day will include:
·         Work with our existing cyber specialists to help grow our practice.
·         Build lasting relationships with clients to identify and support their immediate and long-term security needs.
·         Serve as an expert to key clients on their cyber, privacy and resilience needs and bringing them valuable insights and fresh thinking.
·         Help our clients solve their hard security challenges as they balance the need for business transformation, regulations, and risk management.
·         Deliver engagements that provides quality advice and help, while doing it on time and on budget.
 
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
·        At least 5 years’ experience delivering cyber security solutions. Appropriate certifications and qualifications in IT Security, Computer Science or Cloud will be highly beneficial.
·        Ability to deliver tangible value to clients and teams.
·        Able to demonstrate a good understanding across a range of cyber security topics.
·        Experience working in consulting/professional services environment with a focus on people and relationships.
·        Experience in developing and managing people.
·        Excellent command of English, spoken and written, as report writing, and presentations are an essential part of the position.
 
You will also have a broad range of cyber expertise, this could include a mix of delivering and/or managing the following for cloud or hybrid environments:
·         Security architecture and design.
·         Secure by design and secure software development practices
·         Projects or hands on experience in implementing cyber solutions or practices.
·         Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools
·         Experience with securing AWS / Azure services, containers, serverless and/or microservices
