What will you get to do?
Our team of experts are eternally curious and excited about combining our wonderful array of HR Advisory & technical expertise to design and implement critical programs from business-driven HR solutions to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This is achieved by working closely with clients to solve their complex problems, ultimately making the complex, simple.
As an Analyst you will be part of project engagements helping to design and execute critical programs, from business-driven HR solutions to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.

We’re looking for Summer Interns to join our vibrant Auckland and Wellington offices.

- Is in their penultimate year of a degree that helped you learn business/organisation behaviour/human resource management/people engagement or a major in business/commerce with a tech-edge.

- Has strong written and oral skills and can clearly communicate problems and resolutions.
- Has a strong numerical background.
- Thrives in collaborative environments.

- Enjoys working on ambiguous and fuzzy problems.
- Is a problem solver that can combine creativity with analytical thinking to come up with ‘outside-the-box’ solutions.
