Our Internal Finance team is looking for a Graduate Business Performance Analyst to join our Tāmaki-makau-rau/Auckland team.

The Opportunity:
 
We are currently seeking a Graduate Business Performance Analyst to join our high performing team. This is an internal client facing role within the national finance team providing financial analysis and insight into the financial performance of our business units. This role includes supporting Deloitte’s service lines in a business partnering capacity, with a focus on reporting integrity, on time delivery, and exceptional service while also supporting the national finance team on weekly and monthly deliverables to ensure the firm is able to report its financial accounts in a timely manner.

·       Superior attention to detail and accuracy
·       Strong excel skills and ability to manipulate data efficiently and accurately
·       A basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred) and an aspiration to work towards your CAANZ or CIMA qualification
·       The ability to multi-task, prioritise appropriately and support others to meet deadlines
·       Highly professional with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing ensuring communications are precise, clear and understood by recipients
·       A good attitude and willing to learn
