The Role :
- Delphix has created a new product specifically designed for PaaS and SaaS data sources. PaaS and SaaS data sources are becoming more ubiquitous as large enterprises are migrating to public clouds. We have delivered a hosted, cloud-native solution that provides orchestration and compliance with data privacy requirements for data sources like AzureDataFactory, AWS Aurora/RDS, AzureSQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more. We have a world-class team, and we're looking for someone to come in and help build our new product offering.
- You will work on a cloud-native full software stack that consists of microservices, REST API web services and a UI. You will work closely with Product Management, customers, and other engineering stakeholders (e.g. UX team) to design the new solution. You will also collaborate with other team members to deliver a highly-scalable, secure and maintainable service.

Responsibilities :
- Research functional requirements of new product features or feature enhancements
- Provide coding estimates for the same
- Hands-on development using Javascript with Angular backed by GraphQL
- Employ code design patterns, including Model View Controller, Singleton, and Observer patterns
- Adhere to coding best practices, including code organization, code commenting, naming conventions, and compliance with style guide
- Develop unit and integration tests for new feature implementations
- File clear, detailed defect descriptions
- Debug, analyze, and correct defects across multiple supported browsers
- Provide constructive feedback during peer code reviews and technical design discussion
- Execute consistently on scoped assignments
- Attend and contribute to all regularly scheduled planning meetings, status meetings, feature demonstration sessions, and retrospective meetings in an Agile development environment
- Work well as part of a team to deliver high-quality projects
Requirement :
- College/University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6-9 years of experience working full-time with javascript and Angular
- Experience working as part of a team on a large application
- Experience working with a modern javascript framework, preferably Angular/AngularJS
- Strong communication skills
Great to have :
- Experience with PaaS or SaaS data sources like ADF, AWS Aurora / RDS, AzureSQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.
- Working experience on backend, hand-on experience with programming languages Java, and/or Python
- Experience working with and deploying serverless solutions
- Experience with AWS services (eg. Lambda, Step Function, S3 , API Gateway)Experience with Infrastructure as Code - Terraform
- An interest in learning new technologies
