Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a Portfolio Requirements Analysis SME to support of USSPACECOM J8, current/component operations, space innovation and integration.  In this role you will support requirements development for joint space warfighting systems associated with Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and assist in the development of Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System (JCIDS) and non-JCIDS Warfighter Improvement Process (WIP) documentation and products and provide analysis to support the validation of this documentation.

What you will be doing:

    • Providing subject matter expertise in your assigned mission area (IAMD, MW/MT, SDA) to support development and writing of JCIDS and non-JCIDS Warfighter Improvement Program (WIP) documentation.
    • Evaluating warfighting plans, strategies and operations concepts to develop recommendations for requirement modifications to current programs and new requirements for future programs.
    • Developing detailed requirements analysis and documents as they arise, which vary based on JCIDS cycle and pending command priorities, to include Initial Capabilities Documents, DOTMLPF Change Recommendations, Joint Emergent Operational Needs, and similar.
    • Portfolio requirements analysis expertise supplied to USSPACECOM by the team include: Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Missile Warning (MW) Space Domain Awareness (SDA)

What you will need:

    • Subject Matter Expertise in the position’s assigned domain area (IAMD, MW/MT, or SDA)
    • Experience with JCIDS cycle and pending command priorities, to include Initial Capabilities Documents, DOTMLPF Change Recommendations, Joint Emergent Operational Needs, and similar.
    • Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT) desired
    • Combatant Command or Service Component Headquarters staff officer experience desired
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • TS/SCI clearance required

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
