Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Civilian Manpower SME at Peterson AFB, CO. This position will assist with Government Service civilian activities.
What you will be doing
- Documenting and tracking hiring recruit fill actions/management reassignments; coordinating with applicable security assistants on new hiring requests (i.e., security waivers and verifications); coordinating position reviews to include upgrades, modifications to supervisory level; updating core personnel documents; and establishing new civilian positions
- Coordinate/Communicate with AFPC Career Field Manager
- Assist with new hire interviews to include room reservations, setup, preparing binders, preparing applicable excel spreadsheets and teardown
- Track and monitor civilian appraisal process including midterm progress reviews, annual appraisals and submissions for cash and time off awards
What you will need:
- Confident with databases and familiar with civilian hiring process
- AcqDemo experience is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- TS/SCI clearance

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
