Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking Program Managers for Los Angeles AFB, CA. This position supports for the SSC/IA Capabilities Division including support for each of its respective mission areas: Battle Management Command, Control, and Communication, Space Domain Awareness, Space Sensors, Combat Power, Satellite Communications, Missile Warning, Tracking, and Defense, Position Timing and Navigation and Assured Access to Space. Below is an outline of the programs that SSC/IA has regular interaction with or will request support from in the future.

What you will be doing:

    • Conduct research and analyze existing cooperative agreements to determine if the scope of the agreement can support SSC PEO space mission integration needs.
    • Develop cooperative agreement analysis products that outline how the existing cooperative agreement would or would not be able to support the SSC PEO activities.
    • Assist with drafting international cooperative agreements and exceptions to National Disclosure Policy documentation.
    • Support data calls and request for information to support international agreements development from both internal and external to SSC/IA stakeholders.
    • Aid in facilitating international affair documentation collaboration and coordination across numerous USSF, Air Force, and interagency organizations
    • Aid in facilitating, attending, and gathering information for international partner visits, key leader engagements (KLE), conferences, International Partner Exploratory Discussions (IPED), International Cooperative Agreement Team (ICAT) meetings, US Government engagements, seminars, and all other meetings. This is not an all-inclusive list and other engagements may emerge during the life of the contract that will require the contractor’s support. The contractor is expected to take notes at each event described above.
    • Research, analyze, and recommend solutions for the integration and synchronization of international partner space capabilities.
    • Examine and analyze key space requirements for current and future warfighter systems to determine potential gap filling systems and technologies that can be leveraged by or through international partner capabilities.
    • Aid in planning, managing, and executing tasks to support international working groups. (Examples: Combined Space Operations Architecture Working Group (CAWG) and Operations Working Group (OWG) and SATCOM Working Groups) These tasks include developing working group products (schedules, agendas, working group updates, white papers, presentations, and meeting minutes), scheduling WG meetings and conferences, attending WG events (both domestic & international events), briefing during WG, and executing tasks to support moving working group activities forward.
    • Conduct technical documentations analysis and create products to support international affairs activities for the programs outlined at the beginning of section 3.6. This will include translating highly technical program data into usable information to develop international affairs products.
    • Attend Space Engagement Talks, Space Working Groups, Space Cooperation Forum, and Combined Space Operations Forums and relay critical information from the discussion back to SSC/IA. The contractor shall capture detailed notes for each engagement and disseminated notes to SSC/IA.
    • Liaison between SSC/IA and USSF HQ elements ensure critical information is passed between organizations. Liaison duties shall include coordinating and synchronizing USSF regional priorities, published guidance, and service-specific global defense posture policy and plans between SSC/IA and USSF/S5P.
    • Provide a weekly summary and key weekly activities relevant to the SSC/IA.
    • Aid SSC/IA leadership in scheduling engagements with key USSF HQ and SAF/IA personnel.
    • Assist with reviewing SSC/IA international cooperative agreements and exceptions to National Disclosure Policy packages.
    • Aid in staffing international cooperation and exception to National Disclose Policy documentation between USSF HQ, SAF/IA, and the SSC/IA.
    • Track the status of all SSC/IA international cooperative agreements and exceptions to National Disclosure Policy packages. This status shall be reported weekly to SSC/IA.
    • Research, analyze, and recommend solutions for the integration and synchronization of international partner space capabilities.

In compliance with California's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $190,000-$210,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
