Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Model Based Software Engineer (MBSE) SME to support the Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) Chief Strategy and Resourcing Office (CSRO). This office is responsible for carrying out and executing strategic planning, long-range resource allocation, and developing, directing, and conducting USSF programming activities necessary to complete the USSF Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Additionally, the CSRO delivers integrated Service space strategies, policies, and requirements in order to provide organized, trained, and equipped space forces for employment by Joint Force Commanders.
What you will be doing:
- Provide technical level Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML and CAMEO. Must be able to understand requirements, build requirement diagrams and tables in a SysML format, add relationships between model elements, and allocate requirements to acquisition programs using CAMEO software.
- Develop/implement enterprise application systems and other innovative software solutions that have the capability to rapidly increase the visibility into data availability, the current location, and historical vantage point from the source, applying Process Mining methodology and dashboard reporting and charting.
What you will need:
- Master’s Degree plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Data Science, Software Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analysis, Policy or Planning field, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
- SysML certifications
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
