Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Cyberspace Operations Planner. This position will provide Cyberspace Operational Planning Support to SOCNORTH J35 and other external and internal stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Provide insight and operational level planning in support of SOCNORTH mission areas integrating cyberspace and electromagnetic spectrum intelligence, reconnaissance, and intelligence oversight programs in defense of the homeland.
- Serve as a POC for cyber and electromagnetic spectrum operations intelligence, reconnaissance, and mission development IAW intelligence oversight programs, enhancing intelligence and cyberspace operations programs of USSOCOM.
- Establish direct liaison activities and staff coordination channels with national level intelligence organizations, Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs), military service agencies, and civilian contractors.
- Provide support for up to 4 exercises and contingency operations annually that are approximately 5 days in duration and include flexible work hours and shift work that could exceed 8 hours/shift or event.
What you will need:
- 10 years of applicable experience supporting cyber warfare and information operations requirements in the DoD environment.
- Understanding of military, commercial, and COCOM intelligence organizations and proven ability to provide insight and operational level planning for cyber needs.
- BA/BS degree in a technical field. Education may be traded for experience per the GSA OASIS model contract policies and procedures.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- IAT Level II certification required
- IAM II or IAT III certification highly desired

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary rate for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
