Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst - Journeyman to support program operations for the Golden Dome contract in Huntsville, AL. This position will focus on records management, travel systems, and cross-functional coordination of HR, training, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting geographically dispersed teams, and a proven track record in Air Force business operations.

What you'll be doing:

    • Manage and maintain Air Force records in compliance with federal and DoD directives.
    • Utilize the Defense Travel System (DTS) to process and reconcile travel authorizations and vouchers.
    • Track, organize, and coordinate large volumes of information supporting mission-critical program functions.
    • Facilitate administrative processes related to HR actions, training records, onboarding/offboarding, and staffing packages.
    • Develop briefings, status updates, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate across geographically separated teams to ensure timely coordination of deliverables.
    • Support project management efforts by maintaining schedules, action item trackers, and status reports.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for administrative, training, and personnel workflows.

What you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–10 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or administrative support within a DoD or Air Force environment.
    • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
    • Certification or demonstrated expertise in Air Force Records Management and Defense Travel System.
    • Strong understanding of administrative and human resources coordination in support of government programs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
