Delta Solutions & Strategies is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to build our team at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense's (DoD) Mission Assurance and Risk Management frameworks.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and manage large data sets for Space Operations support.
- Develop plans, policies, and objectives.
- Collaborate with change management teams.
- Create and improve knowledge management tools and information flow.
- Investigate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance data visibility.
- Prepare and present comprehensive briefings and reports to senior leadership.
- Oversee data collection, updates, and modifications in both new and existing systems.
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, and operational processes.
What you'll need:
- At least 4 years of experience in DoD risk management.
- Demonstrated skills in detailed technical analysis.
- Experience in facilitating change management.
- Understanding of the technical or scientific facets of military operations.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- TS/SCI security clearance required.
