Delta Solutions is seeking a JOC Missile Warning/Missile Defense (MW/MD) Watch Officer to support the United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) Joint Operations Center (JOC) at Peterson AFB, CO. This position supports the JOC Director/Deputy JOC director in executing command and control authorities to ensure USSPACECOM is ready to conduct joint space operations to protect and defend the Space JOA and deliver assured theater and global effects. The MW/MD Watch Officer will directly support the crew to which assigned and be able to provide the Battle Watch Commander and Deputy Battle Watch Commander with updates and recommendations for regarding Missile Warning and Missile Defense systems statuses through the shift.

What you'll be doing:

    • Provide Missile Warning/Missile Defense (MW/MD) support for 24/7 USSPACECOM JOC.
    • Provide MW/MD component of USSPACECOM Common Operating Picture (COP)
    • Provide updates and recommendations to the Battle Watch Commander (BWC) regarding Missile Warning system status
    • Coordinate with Missile Warning Center (MWC) and other Missile Warning and Missile Defense stakeholders for activities and impacts to the MW and MD architecture
    • Participate in appropriate MW/MD telephonic conferences from the JOC floor

What you'll need:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with MW/MD systems (C2BMC, PDSM, GCCS-J, etc)
    • Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment
    • An active TS/SCI Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
