Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Acquisition Program Analysist to support a high-performance team to support Program Executive Office Missiles and Space at PM SHIELD (Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense) at Redstone Arsenal, Al. This position involves periodic travel to support the program and product offices mission within the continental United States and potentially abroad. What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to the PM in the development, administering, and overseeing of the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) within the constraints and guidelines established in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).
- Review country submitted Letters of Request (LOR) to ensure the LOR is actionable.
- Assist in the pre-LOR requirements determination process.
- Assist in the development of LOAs, monitoring, coordinating, and integrating the complete foreign military sales program’s requirements.
- Assist in preparing material for country briefings as well as preparing reports and memorandums.
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Research transactions and collect information to assist in various logistical duties to include tracking requirements and equipment and reporting discrepancies.
- Review procurement information and documentation and determine the status of supply actions.
- Provide historical reference by developing, utilizing, and maintaining filing and information database systems.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree (or 5 years additional experience).
- 4 years of DoD Acquisition or weapon system experience.
- Current/relevant Army knowledge and background.
- Secret clearance and eligible to obtain TS with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience supporting Army Missiles and Space programs.
