As an Outside Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in expanding our client base and nurturing relationships with existing clients in Central and Northern New Jersey. Your focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth will be instrumental in representing Dempsey professionally and achieving sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships through strategic prospecting methods.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Foster strong client connections, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Residency in or close proximity to Northern New Jersey.
$50,000 - $70,000 a year
Base pay plus commission ($50-70,000 Base)
