We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take the reins of a high-potential sales team, elevate their performance, and help us hire and develop the next wave of talent. This is not a selling role—it’s a leadership role. You’ll mentor a team of Sales Representatives and SDRs across a tight regional footprint (within a 2–3 hour drive), traveling 2–3 days a week to coach, collaborate, and grow.
And if you’re successful? This role is designed to grow with you. Down the road, you could be leading other Sales Managers across the region.
This role is built for a leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in building high-performing teams. Here's how your time will break down:
What You’ll Do
- 50% – Field Coaching & Rep Development (2–3 Days/Week) Spend time where it counts: riding along, observing, and coaching in real time. You'll help your team level up their prospecting, presentations, and close rates.
- 25% – Drive Team Performance: Own the numbers. Monitor KPIs and pipeline activity, hold reps and SDRs accountable, and create a results-driven culture.
- 15% – Hire and Onboard New Talent: Recruit, interview, and onboard the next wave of top talent. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping who joins the team—and how they succeed.
- 10% – Reporting & Sales Strategy: Work alongside leadership to review performance trends, evaluate markets, and support territory planning and team structure decisions.
Who You Are
- You’ve been a Sales Representative or Sales Manager in the uniform or linen rental industry, or a similar route-based B2B service. You understand the business—and how to win in it.
- You’ve managed a sales team before, even if you’re early in your leadership career. You know how to push performance and build a strong team culture.
- You’re a strong coach and mentor who doesn’t just inspect results—you help people improve.
- You’re organized, data-driven, and comfortable having direct, performance-based conversations.
- You’re based in Eastern PA or Northern MD and willing to travel 2–3 days per week to meet with team members across your region.

Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000-$125,000 base plus commission (target comp $150k+)
