As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and fostering relationships with existing clients in the greater Lehigh Valley area. With a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, you will represent Dempsey in a professional manner, driving sales and exceeding targets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Residency in or close proximity to the vibrant Washington D.C., Alexandria, VA, or Baltimore, MD areas.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
Base pay plus commission ($50-60,000 Base)
