About Us: At our state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility in Jessup, PA, we're seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. With a commitment to excellence, this role offers 40+ hours weekly, potential overtime, and a schedule that may include early mornings, early evenings, and Saturdays, ensuring a dynamic work-life balance.
Your Impact: As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our cutting-edge industrial laundry equipment, covering washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers, and more.

- Preventative Maintenance Expertise: Conduct thorough preventative maintenance on all plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Project Participation: Engage in expansion, renovation, and cost-saving projects, demonstrating your technical skills and innovation.
- Troubleshooting Champion: Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA standards and directives, prioritizing a safe work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Associate’s degree from a technical college or a trade school diploma OR 5+ years of experience as a technician in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic schematics.
- Advanced experience with PLCs, motors, electrical circuits, pneumatics, compressed air systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Expertise in industrial-sized boilers, steam systems, and repairing various pump styles.
- Forklift and scissor lift operation proficiency.
- Comfortable with heights and outdoor work.
- Reliable transportation for on-time reporting, even during adverse weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a stable work history.
