We are interacting with customers and prospects everyday who are implementing technology to shape the future of physical space. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Density, you’re the lynchpin of these interactions and our marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to not only own the nurture flow design but also the content and messaging to the customer. This is a highly cross functional role and requires both strategic and tactical execution, creative and analytical thinking, and the ability to go from 10k feet to ground level. We’re looking for a growth driver, someone who not only supports the needs of the team, but a person who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate the business.

In this role, you will:

    • Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns focused on acquisition and expansion
    • Create and manage actionable segmentation of our existing and prospective customer base to be able to push the right content to the right people at the right time
    • Own lifecycle flow execution from end to end: target selection, list segmentation, email compliance, email creation, workflow development, reporting, and performance optimization
    • Manage lead database hygiene and optimization; develop and execute strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and marketing automation performance
    • Ensure no lead left behind: Together with Sales ops, manage and optimize lead management including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales

The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing role
    • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Marketo), with a strong understanding of downstream integration with CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
    • Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools
    • The ability to approach projects with automation and scalability in mind
    • Passion to continuously refine processes
    • Keen attention to detail Exceptional writing skills
    • Strong customer empathy
    • A bias for good design
    • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and the independence to push forward initiatives at a start-up pace
