Administrative Assistant, Leadership Team

Santa Fe, NM
We are seeking a responsible, energetic multitasker to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting various leadership team members and collaborating with other administrative and facilities staff at our Santa Fe headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative and scheduling support, including calendar management, meeting support, travel support and expense reconciliation to several leadership team members 
    • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures in proactive management of leadership team calendars and contact management
    • Handles details of a highly confidential nature
    • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals 
    • Collaborates with and supports (as needed) various internal resources including event management, facilities, and executive administration

Requirements and Qualifications

    • Five to seven years previous experience as a leadership level administrative assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives
    • Experience interacting with vendors, visitors, boards and/or investors
    • Proficient computer skills, including G Suite
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to triage work assignments
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Willingness to provide support as needed throughout the organization to help the broader team run smoothly and have an excellent in-office experience
