About the Role:
We are seeking a highly hands-on Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Co-Founder and, occasionally, other members of the Steering Committee (SteerCo). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and offsites when needed.
Office Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and fully operational, managing supplies, vendors, and general office needs.
Calendar & Communications Management: Oversee complex scheduling, manage emails and WhatsApp messages, and prioritize urgent requests.
Meeting Support: Attend key meetings (e.g., product and sales reviews), draft minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
Financial Administration: Assist with payment tracking, expense reports, and basic financial coordination as required.
Ad-Hoc Support: Handle additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support executive efficiency.

Requirements:
Proactive & Hands-On: A problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Highly Organized: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discreet & Professional: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience: 3+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
