DexCare is looking for an Implementation Engineer to manage technical implementation activities following a customer sale. You will ensure customer implementations are completed on-time and within budget. This role collaborates with sales, engineering, infrastructure, and technical support resources to ensure implemented projects accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

    • Manage the technical implementation of projects and customers closed by the sales team
    • Identify current and future customer services requirements. Provide product, service, or equipment, technical, and engineering information by answering questions and requests
    • Strong analytic and leadership skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, and translate them into applications
    • Serve clients by identifying their needs and providing technical advice of products
    • Proactively assess solution specifications considering changing customer requirements and recommend solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the company
    • Provide demonstrations of the solution as needed during the implementation cycle
    • Coordinate closely with the internal engineering and other technical teams as necessary
    • Provide coaching and professional development to others enhancing their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills

What You'll Bring

    • BA/BS degree plus at least 5 years or experience in an implementation engineering role, or equivalent experience
    • Experience with relational databases, SQL Server and/or Oracle
    • Solid understanding of basic Typescript, Python, and techniques
    • Experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment, and/or technical experience in a comparable sales role
    • Experience with Atlassian Product Suite, Asana and other project management systems
    • Experience working with Cloud Platform Services, such as MSFT Azure or Amazon AWS, with working knowledge of APIs to interface 3rd Parties
    • Experience working with API’s
$103,000 - $139,000 a year
The salary range for this role is from $103,000-139,000 + Equity.
