DexCare is looking for a Data Engineer II to join our data engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and extending existing data pipelines, as well as partnering with our implementation team to design and deliver custom ETL workflows for new customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coding skills, experience with modern data tools, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do

    • Maintain and enhance existing Python-based ETL pipelines and data workflows
    • Collaborate with the implementation team to build and deploy new pipelines for incoming customers
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested Python code following best practices
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data processing performance and reliability

What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining data pipelines
    • 2+ years of production-level Python development experience
    • Ability to design flexible, reusable ETL solutions to address a wide range of data integration scenarios
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices
    • Experience working with or supporting production data systems
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
$140,000 - $160,000 a year

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits if applicable.
