Position Summary:
Diaceutics’ Product Marketing Team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity available for a creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in Northern Ireland. As Product Marketing Assistant you will assist in driving revenue through end-to-end product marketing by the successful activation of product campaigns. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will partner closely with the product, sales, sales ops and marketing teams and help support the execution of a marketing strategy across our global footprint.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.  Manage and develop successful relationships and tasks with internal and external suppliers such as printers and event suppliers.
2. Design and activation of internal communications for the marketing team.
3. Supporting the development of external customer communications including brochures, websites, adverts, white papers, social media, newsletters and emails to promote our product portfolio.
4. Responsible for the activation and design of global campaigns for scientific content and conference attendance to build global awareness and drive customer engagement.
5. Responsible for lead generation performance monitoring and reporting against marketing campaigns.
6. Design and placement of content for LinkedIn campaigns.
7. Supporting the development of quarterly marketing reports on global activities.
8. Collation and presentation of market research, product and competitor information and insights to improve our product messaging.
9. Supporting the sales team with the updating and enhancement of sales support marketing materials.
 
Key Competencies Required:
 
People Skills: Collaborate with both internal and external suppliers which will involve good interpersonal and communication skills in order fulfil all of the duties of the role.
 
Customer Service / External Impact: While being a good collaborator with various teams the role holder will be playing a crucial role in supporting the development of external customer communications including brochures, websites, adverts, white papers, social media, newsletters and emails to promote our product portfolio.

Decision-Making: The role will involve making the right decisions while executing the activities of designing internal communications, content placement for campaigns, supporting the development of external customer communications etc as listed in the duties and responsibilities.

Initiative and Independence: The role holder will use their own initiative when undertaking the duties of the role under the direction of the Product Marketing Director.
 
General Education and Experience:
1. Qualified to at least degree level in a Marketing, Business or Life Science related subject.
2. 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing role.
3. Experience must include at least one of the following elements:
a)      Running email campaigns to develop new sales leads.
b)      Designing and managing webpages.
c)      Google Analytics.
d)      Graphic design.
4. Excellent attention to detail as well as flawless spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
5. Excellent communicator in oral, written and visual presentations.
6. Experience working within the Pharma / Laboratory / Diagnostic industry is not essential for this role but of value along with a keen interest in learning the domain.
7. Experience working in a SaaS Product Marketing environment is not essential for this role but of value along with a keen interest in learning the domain.
8. Excellent IT skills including MS Office suite.
9. Organized and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
