KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise sales representatives and work with the sales team when closing sales.
    • Meet all sales targets and team KPIs.
    • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
    • Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or a particular section of it, as directed
    • Maintain accurate records of sales leads/prospects, pricing, sales, and activities. Receive and report on all sales leads. Control expenses to meet the agreed budget.
    • Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules to deliver targets.
    • Finding potential customers and increasing the winning rate of the opportunity.
    • Track weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance and sales metrics
    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with sales representatives 
    • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet targets and build relationships with KOL. 
    • Supervisory ability to drive a sales team. Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives.
    • Contribute to the training and development of the team. Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacist, or related to the Medicine industry 
    • 2 years of experience in the position of Supervisor/Manager in Pharmaceuticals or any medical company 
    • Experienced in sales management of OTC/ETC channels. Experienced in sales to doctors, clinics, and general clinics is a plus.
    • Demonstrated and proven sales results
    • Experienced in tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
    • Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics
    • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, troubleshooting.
    • Fluently communicate in English
