Key Responsibilities

    • Receive samples for all lab tests for all lab floors from PSC / courier and accept the sample sin LIS with in defined TAT
    • Monitor Accession TAT with all accession officers and periodically audit them for any delays. 
    • Monitor and report to LM pending protocols list through LIS (Attune) every 3 hours to ensure no miss of samples with PSC or clients 
    • Regular monitoring of sample delivery systems (tempus/ sample lift / Jr AO) for effective and fast sample transit form AO to  
    • Scheduled Check on sample cut off times for relevant departments to process the samples as per scheduled batches, also inform SH if any special / urgent request done for any scheduled sample or samples as per requested by clients or sales team for STAT request tests that has passed its cut off times. Maintain end-to -end communication and document it and inform delays if any.  
    • Co-ordinate with all PSC staff in solving issues related to sample, TRF or any test related issues. 
    • Seek resolution of any sample related issues, do a root cause analysis (RCA) of the problem, document the issue , do a corrective action (CA) if related to sample and advise an preventive action(PA) for avoiding similar issues in future 
    • Monitor and plan AO working schedule on all working days and holidays with distribution of personnel in shifts as per volume demands and keeping balance between team members to avoid any workflow gaps. 
    • Check out the result of all tests, make sure it is on time.
    • Help to resolve any queries for PSC or Clients or Internal Diag teams related to the information of tests, panels, cut of time, TAT, sample collection, and its predictive time on the results. 
    • Define protocols and SOPs for outsourced samples and monitor the workflow, its TAT, and results on related platforms, help in all communications with the representatives of these labs for related results and attach them to the VIDs on LIS. 

Requirements:

    • University degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
    • At least 2 year experience working as Lab Technician in medical laboratory.
    • Can work in shift
    • Good communication (both in Vietnamese and English) 
    • Good MS Office skills
