Descriptions of Job duties:

    • Daily facilitating bookings, bookings creation and punctuality recording
    • Daily recording cancellation & rejection cases and money reconciliation with accounting
    • Support nurses on inventory orders and inventory reconciliation
    • Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly report
    • Support HBC (home blood collection) daily activities and other duties as assigned.
    • Train, supervise day-to-day activities, leadership, and support nurses.
    • Ensure sample collection activities (onsite and offsite) to be on time and exact
    • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback
    • Ensure timely and accurate customer service, encouraging to team and staff
    • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
    • Troubleshoot emergencies
    • Lab/nurse related duties:
    • Verifies test requisitions and follow Home blood collection’s SOP
    • Able to explain the procedure and understanding tests requirements
    • Tracks collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting times of collection
    • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Ensure patient confidentiality

Experience and skills requirements:

    • Verbal Communication, Good customer service skills
    • To be thorough and pay strong attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills
    • Multitasking and focusing ability 
    • Venipuncture / Capillary Blood Collection is preferred 
    • Be a team player
    • Excel & Word Proficiency
    • Experience in team management
