We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team for a focused 3-month engagement, with potential to extend. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Client Services & Event Coordinator to provide exceptional service to staff, visitors, and clients, and take care of our lively studio during our busiest times of the week. The ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.   

How you'll make a difference:

    • Act as experience ambassador for clients and DIALOGers visiting the studio  
    • Maintain and take pride in the appearance, set-up, and organization of meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchen 
    • Assist Client Services & Events Coordinator in the execution of the many events hosted in our studio 
    • Monitor the general phone line and redirect calls and general inquiries in a timely manner  
    • Work alongside the Client Services & Event Coordinator, People & Culture, Safety, and Information Technology teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new DIALOGers  
    • Monitor travel and events calendar 
    • Ship and receive courier packages, including coordinating and tracking secure packages  
    • Daily office operations and upkeep  
    • Provide general administrative support as required  

Who you are:

    • 3+ years of experience within a client services, receptionist, or similar role  
    • Versatile, able to multi-task, and demonstrate strong attention to detail  
    • Have a passion for delivering exceptional and professional client services  
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Interpersonal skills are critical  
    • Calm and experienced in solving problems in high-pressure situations  
    • Self-motivated with effective management of competing priorities  
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs  
    • Previous experience in a professional services environment would be an asset
