How you'll make a difference:
- Assist in planning and preparation of drawings, construction documents, consultant coordination and facilitate project schedule milestones and deliverables
- Research and prepare technical aspects for for design development documentation
- Resolve complex design and technical issues with the assistance of other team members
- Work with other team members to achieve and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
Who you are:
- You have earned a diploma in Architectural Technology, other avenues of training will also be considered
- You have 2-6 years of experience as an architectural technologist
- You have working experience with Revit (BIM)
- You possess excellent visual/graphic, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration
- You are curious to learn from an integrated design team on all aspects of project delivery
Nice to have:
- Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino and other visualization software
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu
- Working towards or have achieved LEED certification
