How you'll make a difference:

    • Assist in planning and preparation of drawings, construction documents, consultant coordination and facilitate project schedule milestones and deliverables
    • Research and prepare technical aspects for for design development documentation
    • Resolve complex design and technical issues with the assistance of other team members
    • Work with other team members to achieve and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control standards

Who you are:

    • You have earned a diploma in Architectural Technology, other avenues of training will also be considered
    • You have 2-6 years of experience as an architectural technologist
    • You have working experience with Revit (BIM)
    • You possess excellent visual/graphic, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration
    • You are curious to learn from an integrated design team on all aspects of project delivery

Nice to have:

    • Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino and other visualization software
    • Experience with Bluebeam Revu
    • Working towards or have achieved LEED certification
