How you'll make a difference:

    • Create and develop innovative design concepts, solutions while working collaboratively with a team during concept design, space planning, schematic design and design development
    • Produce pre-design, design and technical drawings on all phases of a project
    • Participate in the technical development of projects during construction documents
    • Resolve technical and design issues with the assistance of a Senior Architect
    • Maintain clear communication and coordination within internal team members and clients
    • Support the continued development of the architectural in-house design production expertise and methodologies   
    • Coordinate and attend project construction meetings including involvement in client and design meetings
    • Coach and mentor junior team members

Who you are:

    • Between 5-7 years architectural production/design experience
    • Intern Architect or Registered Architect with OAA preferred
    • Professional Degree in Architecture (does not need to be Canadian School) 
    • Previous design experience in Mixed-Use/Residential projects
    • Experience using Revit
    • Proficiency in 3D modeling parametric modeling and visualization using Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset
    • Strong visual and graphic communication skills
    • Team oriented and committed collaborator
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration
