In this pivotal People Operations role, you’ll be part of a growing People Operations team that supports a variety of sites across the US. You’ll provide essential support to our team members and managers on topics around benefits, compliance and general inquiries. You’ll oversee benefits and comp programs, ensuring they adhere to legal requirements and align with the overall business strategy. Drawing in your expertise, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, contributing to the overall success of the organization. You’ll also play a crucial role in the People Operations team, assisting with special projects, while focusing on a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist and support the administration of sponsored benefit plans, retirement, voluntary elections, and compensation packages.
    • Conduct analysis of benefits and compensation packages, maintaining data and assisting with strategies and design.
    • Provide first-line support to employees on a variety of HR-related questions and concerns while partnering with team members to stay up to date on compliance and employment law.
    • Provide other HR functions such as leave of absence administration, maintaining employee records, participating HR related audits, and additional projects/tasks.
    • Partner with team members to manage HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR/People Operations role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and California employment law.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. 
    • HRIS and Analytics experience, UKG Ready a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
$75,000 - $100,000 a year
Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:
-Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist,  climb, balance, stoop, squat,  kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. 
-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
