We’re looking for a skilled and driven Production Manager to oversee end-to-end jewelry manufacturing operations in our Dubai office. This role is responsible for managing high-volume production with an unwavering focus on quality, supporting operational workflows, and contributing to inventory planning. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in jewelry production, strong vendor management skills, and a sharp operational mindset to scale and streamline our processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jewelry production operations, ensuring quality standards, cost targets, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved across all SKUs.
- Manage vendor relationships through onboarding, capacity planning, daily communication, and performance tracking to ensure reliability and alignment.
- Build and refine operational workflows to improve communication, reduce lead times, and enhance cross-functional coordination with design, merchandising, and planning teams.
- Manage order processing, including standard sales orders, transfer orders, and communication with third-party logistics vendors to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Support inventory and demand planning by providing timely updates on production schedules, material usage, and delivery forecasts while proactively flagging risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in jewelry production, including at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, from raw materials to final quality control
- Proven ability to lead operational execution, troubleshoot issues quickly, and drive process improvements
- Familiarity with inventory management, demand planning fundamentals, and supply chain tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
