We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain planning leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor or consumer electronics industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, a deep understanding of sales and operations processes, and multi-year direct management experience. This role  is pivotal in driving synchronization between sales forecasts and operational plans to optimize inventory management and drive overall business performance. The role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and is based out of our Bay Area locations.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deploy sales and operations strategies that align with business goals, trends and customer demand within the semiconductor industry.
    • Collaborates across various teams to align goals and objectives, streamlining S&OP processes.
    • Own and optimize inventory forecasts using historical data, market insights, and customer trends.
    • Identify streamlining opportunities, implementing efficiencies in demand and supply planning and production scheduling.
    • Lead and guide a supply chain planning team, fostering  continuous improvement, while mitigating supply chain risks.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or MS preferred. 10+  years of experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management in the semiconductor industry.
    • Strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and market trends.
    • Strategic mindset for creative problem-solving and planning, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, influencing C-level stakeholders, and driving results through effective S&OP. Direct experience managing mid to large teams is highly desired.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Netsuite, SAP). Hands-on simulation experience is required.
$130,000 - $200,000 a year
Position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:
-Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist,  climb, balance, stoop, squat,  kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. 
-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
