About the Job:
Central Comms Analyst is responsible for a unified National Calendar that gathers all the in-app communication for Passengers and drivers.
The mais deliverable is guarantee the consistency in  99 communications as the brand positioning.
Central comms is responsible for the national calendar of in app communications and has a cross area relationship to define the strategy, topics and generate insights , addressed by various teams including Safety, Branding, Product, CRM, Growth, Partnerships and Operations.
Has a analytic mindset providing reports to analyze the engagement of our users (segmentation of the base and lifecycle) and share insights with marketing team to be more assertive in our communication. 


    • Alignment cross area to consolidate the in app calendar;
    • Analyses and reports about the in app comms engagement. (CTR metrics);
    • Create a dashboard analyses and a user segmentation (users journey);
    • Create insights together with marketing branding team to create the better communication;
    • Responsible for guarantee the results above the benchmark

The Successful Applicant

    • Marketing, Social communications or administration degree;
    • Experience with perfomance and/or CRM;
    • Data driven think added to a creative mind.
