 What you’ll do
- Fully responsible for user (eater or delivery partner) acquisition and engagement OKRs.
- Explore operational and technical ways to encourage users to be active with higher satisfaction level.
- Execute implementation of core growth programs with marketing & communications team, delivery partner center, strategy team etc.
- Work closely with product team and customer service team, to provide insights on product and service improvement opportunities.

What you’ll need
- Experience of data scientist, marketing expert, operation manager or strategy consulting analyst etc.
(1-3 years of experience working in user growth function of an Internet company are highly welcomed.)
- Expert knowledge of e-commerce, retail or food industry etc.
- Expertise in data analysis: Experience with SQL would be a plus.
- Ability to explain insights and suggestions to cross-functional teams, and organize joint promotions.
- Able to work in a Japanese & English environment.
