業務内容
フードデリバリープラットフォームの新規ユーザーを増加させるために、主としてオフラインマーケティング戦略・企画・実行をリードしていただきます。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、各種データに基づいて新規ユーザー獲得の最大化・効率化を図り、事業の成功に導きます。

You will lead the offline marketing strategy, planning and execution to increase the number of new users for our food delivery platform. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize and improve the efficiency of new user acquisition based on a variety of data, leading to the success of the business.


1. オフラインを中心としたマーケティングによるユーザー獲得(ポスティング、チラシなど)
・対象エリアやその特性を踏まえた施策モデルの構築  
・オフライン施策の効率的な運用スキームの構築  
・オンライン施策やアプリ内施策とのタイムリーで綿密な連携  
・各施策のディレクションとスケジュール管理

1. Acquire users through offline marketing (posting, flyers, etc.)  
-Develop a strategy model based on the target area and its characteristics  
-Develop an efficient operation scheme for offline initiatives  
-Timely and in-depth coordination with online marketing and in-app activities  
-Direction and schedule management for each project.


2. オフラインを中心としたブランド認知・ブランドイメージ向上  
・レストランパートナーとの協力のもと、店舗内露出の最大化  
・有効なブランディング広告の設置場所の分析/開拓

-Improve brand awareness and brand image, focusing on offline channels  
-Work with restaurant partners to maximize in-store exposure  
-Analyze/cultivate locations for effective branding advertising


応募資格
(必須)
・事業会社でのマーケティング実務経験3年以上
・各地域のユーザーインサイトを分析し、施策実行まで落とし込む力
・オンライン/オフライン問わずに施策を企画し、ハンズオンで実行する能力
・社内外の関係者を巻き込み、各種企画を前に進める力
・セールスライティングの経験
・日本語、英語でのコミュニケーション能力 (日本語nativeが望ましい)

(Must)
-3+ years of marketing experience in business company.
-Ability to analyze user insights in each region and implement measures.
-Ability to plan and execute hands-on strategies for both online and offline.
-Ability to involve internal and external stakeholders and move various projects forward.
-Experience in sales writing.
-Excellent and fluent communication skills in Japanese and English (preferably native Japanese speaker)
