Didomi is hiring a Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to lead and scale our paid and organic growth strategies. In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll own the full-funnel acquisition roadmap—driving pipeline generation, revenue growth, and brand visibility across EMEA and North America.
We’re looking for a data-driven B2B SaaS marketer with deep expertise in paid search, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO. You’ll be responsible for optimizing paid acquisition channels, increasing search visibility, and delivering high-quality traffic that converts. If you're passionate about performance marketing, eager to experiment, and driven by measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a fully remote role. While you’ll have flexibility, successful collaboration across time zones in EMEA and North America is essential.

As the Performance Marketing & SEO Manager, you’ll join our collaborative marketing team and report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager (based in Portugal). You’ll work closely with sales, product, and RevOps teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals, ensuring every campaign is backed by data and focused on impact.
At Didomi, we foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. You’ll have the opportunity to shape campaigns, contribute to global growth, and leave a lasting mark on our brand’s visibility and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities :

    • Paid Acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEA)
    • Design, launch, and manage high-impact paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn.
    • Execute multi-market keyword strategies and bid optimizations to reduce CPL and maximize pipeline and ROI.
    • Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance based on conversion metrics and revenue contribution.
    • Ensure targeting alignment with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to drive lead quality.
    • Stay up to date on the latest trends in B2B advertising, privacy regulations, and platform updates.

    • SEO
    • Develop and implement a global SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
    • Conduct technical and content audits (on-page and off-page), and drive structural improvements (e.g., metadata, site architecture, internal linking).
    • Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Plausible Analytics to track performance and benchmark against competitors.
    • Stay current with AI-driven search evolution (LLMs, AI Overviews) and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement recommendations and monitor results.

What You’ll Bring :

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or acquisition roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
    • Proven expertise in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
    • Experience running global, multi-market campaigns (especially in France, Spain, the US, and Canada), with a strong grasp of localization strategies.
    • Familiarity with performance and marketing tools: Google Data Studio, Sigma, Webflow, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
    • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and align teams toward shared goals.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Recruitment Process :

    • First Interview – Discussion with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager
    • Case Study or Live Presentation – Breakdown of a paid + SEO strategy
    • Final Interview – Conversation with our Marketing Director
