The Role 
We're seeking a Senior Analyst who thrives on tackling complex challenges with analytical finesse. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our internal media and consulting teams, turning ambiguous problems into clear, data-driven insights and actionable solutions. Your ability to gather, interpret, and analyze diverse data sets will be key in shaping our clients' success. 

This is a hybrid role based in NYC. 

Responsibilities

    • Dive deep into client and external data to uncover growth opportunities with significant impact 
    • Inform media planning strategies by recommending optimal campaign approaches, audience targeting tactics, and effective measurement frameworks 
    • Independently craft and present insightful analyses of campaign performance, ranging from comprehensive reports to detailed audience segmentation, bid strategies, experimental outcomes, creative assessments, and landing page optimizations 
    • Derive and implement optimizations and new campaign strategies, such as new bid approach, ad copy A/B tests, and audience testing to improve performance 
    • Collaborate with our Business Intelligence Engineering team to refine our analytics roadmap, ensuring efficient data extraction, integration, and delivery 
    • Assist internal teams in building out client decks – providing visualization of data and the story it tells 

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role 
    • 3+ years of experience supporting management consulting, retail, marketing and/or media stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering actionable insights 
    • Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful data visualizations and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics,Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field 
    • Proven expertise in developing and applying predictive models and advanced statistical methods 
    • Strong proficiency in experiment design, multivariate testing frameworks, and optimization strategies 
    • Exceptional skills in SQL and Excel, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform complex queries 
    • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R 

Nice to Have

    • Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake and AWS
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
