Digital Matter is a technology-first, data-led, marketing and media consultancy.  Headquartered in New York, Digital Matter provides consulting and services in business transformation, privacy-first data strategy, and integrated media buying. We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to support a growing portfolio of consumer and retail clients.
 
The Role 
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be the direct point of contact for the channel leading the day-to-day management, optimization, and strategy of campaigns across primarily Meta & TikTok. You will analyze audience & creative performance, put forth creative recommendations, and work closely with our clients on upcoming initiatives.

Working alongside other members of the Paid Social team as well as the Paid Search & Programmatic teams, you will to share campaign learnings and make cross-channel optimizations.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, with oversight & responsibility of pacing, optimization, and reporting 
    • Manage Paid Social team member(s) who will lead ad trafficking & creative specs; responsible for QA of all builds in platform 
    • Assist with campaign architecture & execution 
    • Analyze large quantities of data and proactively identify optimization opportunities to communicate to internal and external stakeholders 
    • Provide insightful recommendations as they align to the client’s overarching goals inclusive of creative, copy, audiences, and placements; analyze ‘best in class’ creative examples in market to put forth recommendations & creative requests accordingly 
    • Present recommendations to internal & external stakeholders; be the primary Paid Social contact for select clients 
    • Provide recommendations (internal & external) around audience targeting based on client priorities 
    • Lead meetings & communications with Paid Social partners; responsible for next steps & follow ups on said calls 
    • Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns  

Requirements

    • 3+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint 
    • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, drive rationale, discover root causes, and identify opportunities 
    • Active interest in social media, performance media, marketing, and ecommerce; interest in Fashion is a plus 
    • BA/BS or equivalent with an emphasis on marketing, business or coursework of a quantitative nature

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
