What problem are we solving? 
High growth, fast-paced organizations are constantly and continuously deploying new products, solutions and features - which in turn creates new and complex processes for downstream teams including customer support. These teams become stressed, stretched too thin, and less efficient. Common problems, as simple as performing a refund, often require multi-platform touch points for team members which is frequently solved manually in a very repetitive manner. Luminai creates unparalleled efficiencies in how resolutions are achieved by serving as an enterprise OS connecting multiple platforms that people use, which significantly improves team member happiness and end customer experience.

About the Role:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be using Luminai’s internal tools and platform to craft and deliver high quality business solutions for our customers. On a typical day, you’ll be assisting in discovery calls with our Sales team to surface relevant, impactful use cases of Luminai at customer orgs, help prepare presentations, and demonstrate the efficiency Luminai’s automation platform can bring to CX teams. Additionally, you’ll be using Luminai’s internally built resources to deliver high quality solutions to customer organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product in order to deliver the best possible experience to our customers. You will learn and obtain strong knowledge of Luminai’s core products and system capabilities to properly communicate to prospective and current customers.

What you'll do:

    • Understand and develop technical solutions to solve current and future customer needs
    • Analyze and define customer requirements by partnering with the customer’s leadership or subject matter expert during the sales and implementation phase
    • Create and present unique demos based on customer product desires and software capabilities
    • Be a liaison between Operations/Sales and Engineering to properly articulate software integration enhancement opportunities
    • Craft high quality automation solutions for customers using Luminai internal tooling
    • Analyze customer experience to recommend improvements and/or identify weaknesses
    • Help deliver seamless onboarding for customers on to Luminai platform
    • Contribute to the growth of our product with firsthand experience and technical feedback from customers

Who we're looking for:

    • BS/BA degree, Software Development bootcamp, or equivalent work experience (2-5 years)
    • Previous experience with web development technologies at minimum HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, positive personality)
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Bonus points for previous experience as a Solutions Engineer
