Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our Los Angeles based team. The IT Manager will lend support to all users with any issues that arise as well as being the central point for the coordination, management, and execution of all IT-related matters for the entire agency. This position is required to be onsite full-time.

Your Impact

    • Manage technology operations and evaluate them according to company goals
    • Manage IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
    • Analyze business requirements to determine technology needs
    • Offer user support for primary Mac operating system functions, Google G Suite, Microsoft Office Software, Adobe Creative Suite, and internet browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
    • Troubleshoot IT related issues across the company
    • Manage servers and storage management at our production facility
    • Spyware / Anti-virus monitoring, virus removal and data recovery
    • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and best practices
    • Continuously make process improvements while simultaneously researching and proposing technology solutions to address business needs.
    • Maintain security for secure assets and provide recommendations on how to properly update as we grow as a company. 
    • Troubleshoot network issues, maintain and update equipment (routers, firewall, server)
    • Coordinate services between current vendors and outside contractors, and provide oversight for services such as vulnerability and penetration tests.

Your Experience

    • 5+ years of relevant technical experience including Help Desk, Systems Implementation, Troubleshooting, IT Vendor Management, etc.
    • Knowledgeable on apple products and machines
    • Experience with data protection, management and compliance
    • Excellent time and project management skills

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
