Digital Remedy, a Performance Media Partner, is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to steer growth strategies and drive company expansion in the digital media and streaming industry. This role involves discovering new business prospects and partnerships with publishers and OTT/CTV platforms, achieving process efficiencies through PMP deals, negotiating and finalizing agreements with digital media and streaming leaders, as well as fostering and preserving relationships with critical stakeholders in publishing and OTT/CTV. 

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and experience of the digital media and streaming sector and a proven track record of successful business development. 


    • Create a pipeline to establish and strengthen relationships with video content providers, publishers, and streaming platforms in CTV, addressable linear TV, and other video outlets, to expand access to exclusive content. 
    • Expand the reach of Digital Remedy solutions in the CTV market by securing meetings with decision makers, pitching, negotiating and closing direct publisher partnerships. 
    • Boost monetization solutions by being a feedback loop from our publisher partners for product development.
    • Collaborate with leadership to expand and enhance current strategic partnerships with top companies in the converged TV field.
    • Conduct QBRs by leveraging insights reports and analysis to guide how we deepen and expand relationships with our publisher partners.  
    • Collaborate with media buying, pre-sales, and sales teams to create and implement innovative strategies for both advertising clients and publisher partners.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, product, operations, marketing, and account management, to ideate on comprehensive solutions covering all aspects of digital, connected TV, and traditional TV advertising.
    • Oversee all aspects of publisher relationships to guarantee our partners have a positive, and confident experience partnering with Digital Remedy.
    • Achieve key targets with publisher partners to create price efficiencies for demand.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. 

Our Ideal Candidate

    • 4+ years of experience in publisher business development for SSPs, data firms, media firms, or similar organizations, with a focus on programmatic. 
    • Programmatic media with a strong emphasis on Connected TV advertising expertise is a must.
    • Capacity to comprehend best integrations to maximize availability of impressions to bid and pricing in the context of CTV environments. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
    • Superior analytical, problem-solving and product presentation skills. 
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to diagnose and suggest optimal integration methods and ad decisioning deployments to meet programmed goals.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams,including sales, account management, product marketing, legal and finance. 
    • Self-starter with the ability to seek new partnerships or projects, and lead a project from start to finish.
$160,000 - $200,000 a year
