Digital Remedy is a Performance Marketing Partner for brands & agencies, headquartered in New York City, that specializes in helping marketers deliver better outcomes and higher ROI on their media investments. 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our innovative company. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge digital media solutions and our clients’ unique needs. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep and technical understanding of Digital Remedy’s products, services, and solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
    • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
    • Create client facing materials to support the sales process, including product specifications, technical guides, visuals and case studies.
    • Liaise between the client, client services and development teams, addressing concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of technical requirements.
    • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients to assist their understanding and implementation of our products and solutions.
    • Work with clients to understand their specific requirements and assist in defining new requirements for our products and solutions.
    •  Gather feedback from clients regarding the performance and resonance of our products and solutions, and communicate this information to the product team for continuous improvement.

    • There will be national travel required as needed.

    • Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes.
    • Subject matter expertise in adtech, understanding of tech trends in the industry, and a proven subject matter expert on programmatic advertising.
    • Knowledge of custom API, data, reporting, and application integration principles.
    • Formulate and communicate a technical solution / vision.
    • Be flexible and able to function in a high growth environment.
    • At least 5 years of sales engineering or related experience
$130 - $150 a year
The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. This position is full-time, includes benefits and is based in NYC with work occurring during typical weekday business hours. (One or two days per week in-office work may be required). Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
