Digital Turbine is looking for a Partnership Account Jr. Manager to work on our Channel Partners team. The perfect candidate is a team player who's hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up new ones on the fly. Must have at least 1-2 year of experience previously leading multi-country talent hiring. This Partnership Account Jr. Manager will be responsible for some regions in EMEA/LATAM and will work with resellers in those regions. The Partnership Account Jr. Manager will be joining our İstanbul office and reporting to Channel Partners Team Lead.

About the role:

    • Manage day-to-day relationships with brands & agencies,
    • Identify strategies that have the greatest chance of lead generation
    • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize towards key metrics,
    • Identify, analyze and benchmark campaign and customer success that leads to new sales opportunities or relationship building with key customer accounts,
    • Develop and cultivate relationships with brand sales, creative and operational teams with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive customer experience,
    • Coordinating cross-functional teams from AdOps, Analytics, QA, Creative, Sales to ensure optimal campaign performance and execution.

About you:

    • BS required (economics, business, or marketing preferred),
    • At least 1-2 years of client relationship experience with a track record of hitting targets and positive-ROI,
    • Experienced in branding models for mobile and social games (CPM, CPCV),
    • Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem,
    • Proven track record to manage and develop client relationships,
    • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities,
    • Excellent command of English,
    • Ability to collaborate with international and management teams,
    • Self-starter.
