Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Product Management with a strong
background in AdTech to lead our product management efforts. As the Manager, you will play a
pivotal role in defining and executing our product strategy, driving the development of new
features and solutions, and ensuring the success of our Ad Exchange platform. This is a unique
opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of technology and advertising
in the heart of New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

● Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for our AdTech Exchange
platform, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance,
setting objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
● Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the
company's vision and goals, prioritizing feature development and enhancements.
● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and
emerging technologies in the AdTech Exchange space to identify new opportunities and
potential threats.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional and teams,
including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful
product launches and customer satisfaction.
● Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to
gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that the platform meets user needs.
● Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept
to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
● Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze
product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and

● Documentation: Prepare product documentation, user guides, and release notes to
support internal teams and customers.
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
● 5+ years of product management experience in the AdTech industry, with a focus on Ad
Exchange platforms.
● Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and
within scope.
● Experience leading a global team of product managers.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
ideas clearly and persuasively.
● Experience with agile product development methodologies.
● Familiarity with digital advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and real-time
bidding (RTB) is required.
