Overview:

Digital Turbine is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our global demand team. In this role, you will have a key role in driving user acquisition strategy for our performance advertisers Digital Turbine’s On Device Solution activity. This role involves managing a revenue strategy across a book of business of varying verticals of buyers. It consists of optimizing partners’ buying strategies, scaling product adoption & overall user acquisition education. This requires collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technical Solutions, and Growth teams.

The ideal candidate is customer oriented, dives deep into data to understand the issues, and drives swift resolution by working effectively with cross-functional teams. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with a fast-paced team, is excited by the challenges of this role, and wants to make their mark in this incredibly dynamic market.

About the Role:

    • Manage client expectations and present customized solutions to satisfy needs and exceed goals. 
    • Set up, optimize, and manage mobile performance advertising campaigns.
    • Solve problems related to operational setup, campaign performance, tracking, reporting, and other platform functionality. 
    • Proactively learn the mobile programmatic advertising ecosystem and Digital Turbine’s technology and share best practices with colleagues and clients. 
    • Work closely and coordinate with R&D team to identify and troubleshoot tech issues.
    • Identify and develop new platform features catered to clients’ needs.

About You:

    • Previous experience in a similar role is an added plus but not required. Our ideal candidate would have the following traits:
    • Ability to be proactive in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Strong analytical skills and business orientation
    • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target driven
    • Be a self starter and able to work independently.
    • Excellent communication skills (both client-facing and internal)
    • Desire to work in a fast paced environment (with huge potential to learn and grow).
    • Be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing accordingly.
    • Positive attitude, high level of empathy, and energy 
    • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
