Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Analyst who will play a crucial role in optimizing our global procurement processes. Reporting to the Director, Accounts Payable, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement, supply chain management, and experience in using Oracle ERP. This role is essential in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement operations on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global procurement strategy, considering regional variations, supplier relationships, and cost optimization.

Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to negotiate terms, manage relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency.

Contract Management: Manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

Oracle ERP Utilization: Utilize Oracle ERP to manage procurement processes, including purchasing, vendor management, and reporting.

Sourcing and Procurement: Oversee the sourcing of goods and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance, analyzing data to make informed decisions.

Supplier Diversity: Promote supplier diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with diversity goals and regulations.

Compliance: Ensure procurement practices adhere to local and international regulations, including import/export regulations and ethical sourcing.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes, implementing best practices and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a strong focus on global procurement.
Proficiency in using Oracle ERP for procurement and supply chain management.
In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex procurement projects.
Familiarity with ethical sourcing practices and sustainability
