Overview:

At the forefront of our business, Digital Turbine is looking for a Publisher Account Manager to become an integral member of the EMEA Supply Team. The Publisher Account Manager will be the first point of contact for our clients, the face of the company, and will have key strategic inputs with a very high financial impact.

About the Role:

    • Work with top EMEA Mobile Gaming App Developers 
    • Daily monitoring and optimisation of publisher performance and statistics to increase revenue 
    • Critically evaluate data to make strategic decisions and build customer-focused proposals for revenue growth
    • Business development, including upselling across the Digital Turbine platform offering
    • Maintain, develop and build publisher relationships through ongoing communication
    • Utilise internal tools to assess and identify publisher needs and challenges
    • Liaise crucial information between internal teams (such as Legal, Finance, Product, and Business) and communicate externally to publisher requests and needs
    • Onboard, integrate, and troubleshoot new and existing publisher requests and issues in a timely manner, using an in-depth knowledge of the products
    • Analyse and present data in a clear and creative format to represent publisher performance, opportunities, and growth in the form of Quarterly Business Reviews 

About You:

    • Ad-tech Mediation experience required - integration, optimisation, and management of multiple ad networks
    • Minimum 2 years of digital/mobile ad-tech experience in a client-facing role
    • History of growing accounts and an understanding of how to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
    • Willing and able to take full ownership of customer needs/requirements from end to end
    • Exceptionally motivated and curious, looking to strive and enhance knowledge
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Extremely well-organised, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously 
    • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities
    • High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills, and the ability to draw on experience in data modeling and analytics to make independent data-driven decisions
    • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
    • Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment bringing enthusiasm and a can-do approach
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs and Sheets
    • BA in Economics, Business Management Studies, or any other relevant field
    • Passion for mobile gaming
    • Bi-lingual with English and a second Western European language - fluent written and spoken (desirable)
