We are looking for a highly analytical, and detailed oriented Yield Manager, who will report directly to the Regional Yield Team Lead. The role will be responsible for the growth of a portfolio of Carrier and OEM partners, and cross-functionally working with Carrier Account Management team and Demand team to creatively maximize the Supply and Demand connection. Great attention to detail will be required to cater to custom needs and set-ups of each Carrier and OEM. 

Please note candidates must reside and be legally eligible to work in Beijing to be considered for this role. Also, candidates must be able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office).

Responsibilities:

    • Monitor daily KPIs of assigned Carrier and OEM partners to ensure revenue growth, but also to proactively flag any technical issues or demand shortage.
    • Partner with Carrier Account Managers to creatively think through key initiatives to grow Carrier partnership via new product upsells and demand maximization.
    • Identify the milestones to execute each key initiative, and own the progress.  
    • Work collaboratively with Performance and Brand Demand teams to maximize the campaign performance delivering on assigned Carrier and OEM traffic. 
    • Proactively provide performance analysis externally to assigned Carriers and OEM partners through weekly / bi-weekly client calls and QBRs. 
    • Effectively communicate any technical or data issues to internal stakeholders, and project manage to get things resolved. Discern when to escalate. 
    • Attend internal meetings to represent the needs of your Carrier / OEM clients, and lean in to arrive at solutions that benefit both Digital Turbine and the clients. 
    • Achieve and exceed revenue targets. 

Qualifications:

    • Possess 3-5 years of experience in ad ops, account management, client success, or similar analytical role 
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to multi-task & manage various priorities simultaneously
    • Highly self-motivated, with a positive attitude and proactive approach 
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot & identify technical issues under time-sensitive situations
    • Strong analytical skills and business orientation and able to translate complex data into actionable insights
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a cross functional team
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Desire to work in a fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
