The Senior Human Resource Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, employee life cycle events, resolving employee inquiries and payroll support.

This role will be responsible for completing a wide variety of HR duties that reflect substantial variety and complexity for one or more countries, including but not limited to: data collection, communication, inquire handling, compliance, report generation. This position’s work is generally of a critical and confidential nature. This role will be trained in Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, and systems.

Note this role will be based in Warsaw. Eligible candidates must reside within a commutable distance as we are a hybrid office environment requiring an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week.

About the Sr. People Operations Specialist role:

    • Handling inquiries starting with the first contact, registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Providing advisory support and administrative services.
    • Working according to defined standards, in line with global end to end processes & tools and local compliance.
    • Escalating cases where guidance and clarification of policies and procedures is required.
    • Actively identifying customer-centered improvements and participating in improvement projects.
    • Driving standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes.
    • Ensuring service level agreements are met and a higher level of customer satisfaction is reached.
    • Driving data quality within the HR systems.
    • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

About you as the Sr. People Operations Specialist:

    • Combination of education and/or relevant experiences – 7+ years of HR experience or education combination
    • Project management mind set, proven ability to drive a project from beginning to end.
    • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional, compliant and efficient manner.
    • Ability to quickly find your way in a network of information and provide relevant analytics to leadership.
    • Leads efforts within the organization from work distribution, gathering stakeholder needs, and is seen as a subject matter expert for the organization.
    • Plans & aligns (effectively manage priorities and workload).
    • Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales.
    • Acts with integrity and instills trust.
    • Shows personal ownership.
    • Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact
    • Can learn and apply new information or skills.
    • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.
    • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
    • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.
    • Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability. Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.
    • Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.
