Digital Turbine is looking for a Brand Sales Director to join our team!
As Brand Sales Director you will partner with agencies, brands, and internal teams to drive direct, programmatic and performance revenue within a defined territory or book of business.  In this role, you'll be joining our Turkiye team, reporting to the Country Director.

About the role:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnerships;  lead the team of Sales Managers to reach goals
    • Present Digital Turbine product suite and position DT as a strategic partner to agencies and brands
    • Increase market share and revenue by presenting new and existing products across direct and programmatic channels
    • Work closely with internal teams to service, maintain, renew, and up-sell current clients
    • Gather and share customer feedback for potential improvements that can be added to the product roadmap
    • Mentor and coach team members

About you:

    • 10+ years of experience working in a digital media organization with demonstrated success selling branding and performance solutions
    • 5+ years experience leading sales teams that sell to agencies and agency trading desks 
    • Must be innovative, forward-thinking, high-energy, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced/evolving environment  
    • Understanding of the programmatic landscape and knowledge of the mobile advertising market
    • A strong set of existing relationships with agencies and brands at all levels in the market
    • Proven track record of building new relationships within the advertising industry
    • Deep understanding of the programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystems
    • Exceptional consultative and solution-driven relationship skills
    • High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
